葉門叛亂組織「青年運動」（Huthi）16日在他們控制的首都沙那（Sanaa）公開處決3名囚犯，其中2人姦
殺兒童，另1人被控殺害自己3個女兒。

綜合外媒報導，葉門叛亂組織「青年運動」公開處決3名囚犯，過程有數百民眾旁觀，當中還有小孩。照片可見，
穿藍色囚衣的犯人面朝下趴在地上，劊子手持步槍朝背部射擊。處刑之後，遺體用毯子包裹，由士兵抬走。

3名犯人中，諾阿米（Ali Abdullah al-Noami ）2019年6月和妻子發生爭執，竟將3個分別為7、12、14歲的女兒
丟進水塔裡淹死。穆卡哈利（Abdullah Ali al-Mukahali）及阿爾曼（Mohammed Abdullah Arman）則被控性侵
及謀殺1名8歲男童。

繼2018年8月後，葉門叛軍再度在沙那公開處決。在2018年，叛軍以性侵及殺害一名兒童為由槍斃3名男子，將遺
體吊在起重機上示眾。

「青年組織」2015年迫使葉門總統哈迪（Abdrabbuh Mansur Hadi）逃離首都，其後葉門內戰至今，「青年組織」
掌握北方大部分地區，並執行大量打擊犯罪行動。內戰迫使葉門面臨飢荒，被聯合國認定為世界最嚴重的人道主義
危機。
