美國3位跨黨派參議員訪問團於6日，搭乘美軍C-17運輸機旋風式訪台，宣布捐贈台灣75萬劑武漢肺炎
（新型冠狀病毒病，COVID-19）疫苗，美國有線電視新聞網（CNN）分析報導就指出，台灣終於得到美國及
時幫助，但對中國而言卻是重大挑釁（major provocation），恐讓台海及美中關係的緊張情勢升級。
根據《CNN》報導，美國聯邦參議員達克沃絲（Tammy Duckworth）、蘇利文（Dan Sullivan）及昆斯（Chr
is Coons）於6日搭乘美軍C-17運輸機抵達台灣，同時宣布捐贈台灣75萬劑武肺疫苗，總統蔡英文稱此舉是
疫苗的「及時雨」，因為台灣僅有3%的人口施打疫苗，且於5日宣布新增37人因武肺離世，創下單日死亡人數
的歷史新高。
報導指出，在僅3小時的旋風式訪台行中，克沃絲表示，因為看到了台灣對疫苗的迫切需求，加上美國重視台
美的夥伴關係，因此台灣被列入「首批」疫苗捐贈的國家是相當重要的。
報導提到，美國捐贈疫苗的舉動極可能讓中國發怒，因台灣明確拒絕接受中國捐贈的中製疫苗，加上持續控訴
中共「不但不幫忙協助購買西方疫苗」，還持續阻擋我國與國際藥廠接洽。
